The GT400's new livery!!

Hey Guys,

I wanted to thank Dan Kreigh, Kelsey Moran, and Whitney Brown for all the help getting the GT looking sharp for it's Oshkosh debut.

The airplane will be on display in the Reno Air Racing area on Boeing Plaza so we wanted to bring out it's racing roots.  We used some old photos of Ralph's Owl Racer the "Wise Owl" to replicate his old race number on the GT400.  I am super stoked to get to help tell Ralph's stories to the next generation of performance aircraft enthusiasts.

A Great Article About Owl Racers, and Ralph Wise

This article ran in the May of 1993 Formula Forum, publication of the IF1 racing class.

Written by Al Wimer, it does a great job of describing not only the history of the Owl Racers, but the relationship between Ralph Wise and George Owl.  A relationship that led to the GT400 that we will be debuting at Oshkosh next week.
